CHECK somebody or something OUT

Check these sentences

Our company managers always check the candidates out before interviewing with them.

Tim’s cough must be checked out by a doctor otherwise it gets worse and worse.

He didn’t check out if the address was wrong or not. Luckily it was right. 

MEANING
